A simpler move, explained.

What does my rental include?

10 rental days total — includes 3 bonus days free, XL attached-lid crates and XXL lidded totes, free delivery and pickup, and dollies matched to your package. You pack and transport your belongings; moving labor is not included.

Can delivery and pickup be at different addresses?

Yes. Enter both addresses before payment. Both must be within our service area. Choose an available delivery date; your pickup date is shown before checkout.

What happens when I’m done?

Empty the crates, nest them together, and leave them at the agreed pickup location. We collect them—no cardboard to break down or dispose of.

What if I need more time?

Three extra days are already included. Add one more full week for $50, subject to availability. Contact us before your scheduled pickup if your plans change.

Is there a security deposit?

There is no separate security deposit charged at checkout. You pay the rental total plus applicable tax. Your payment method is securely saved for documented fees under our Terms & Rental Policies.

What if equipment is lost or damaged?

Normal wear is expected. Missing equipment or damage beyond ordinary use may be charged at $30 per crate and $80 per dolly. Please report pre-existing damage promptly after delivery. We provide notice and a receipt for additional charges. Read the Terms & Rental Policies.
