Standard rentals include 7 days. EZ Partner benefits may include complimentary extended time or custom savings; the exact benefit appears on your partner’s page. Need longer? Add one full week for a flat $50, subject to availability.
Delivery and pickup within our Logan-to-Provo service area, one heavy-duty dolly, your selected scheduling window, and dedicated local support.
Bookings require at least 48 hours' notice. Delivery and pickup windows are 8 a.m.–12 p.m. or 1 p.m.–7 p.m.
Cancellation or rescheduling is free until 72 hours before delivery. Inside 72 hours, a 25% fee applies. After delivery, the rental is nonrefundable.
An adult age 18 or older should be present for delivery and pickup. If you cannot be there, contact us in advance to authorize a safe, accessible outdoor drop or pickup location.
We deliver to a safe, ground-level spot outside your home, garage, building, or storage unit. After you reserve, we’ll collect gates, stairs, elevators, loading rules, and placement needs before the route is confirmed.
Yes. Every returned crate and dolly is inspected and cleaned before it goes to the next customer. Please return everything empty, reasonably clean, stacked, and accessible for pickup.
Each XL attached-lid crate measures 27 × 17 × 12 inches outside and provides 18.75 gallons—or 2.5 cubic feet—of packing space. Empty crates nest together, and loaded crates are designed to stack securely.
No. EZCrates rents, delivers, and picks up moving equipment; we are not a moving or packing company. You remain responsible for packing, lifting, transportation, and the contents of each crate.
Normal wear is expected. Equipment that is lost, missing, or damaged beyond ordinary use may be charged at $30 per crate and $80 per dolly. Please tell us promptly about any damage that was already present when your delivery arrived.
Yes. Your partner can choose any package—35 crates is the recommended starting point—and the recipient can upgrade by paying only the difference.
